炊飯中にブレーカーが落ちてしまうとどうなるか？ ― 2009/11/27 21:29

　先日、炊飯中（保温とか、蒸らし中ではなく）に、その部屋のブレーカーが落ちて停電してしまった。

　１分後ぐらいにブレーカーを上げて電力を回復させると、炊飯器は何事も無かったかのように炊飯を継続し。炊きあがりも問題なし。

　リカバリー可能な状態であれば、自動的にプログラムが継続するように設計されているらしい。

停電したときやブレーカーが働いて、電気が復帰した後に炊飯は中止されますか

　たまにしか発生しない事態であっても、ちゃんとそれに備えて設計されているところはすばらしい。この他にもフェイルセーフの設計思想で、事故を限りなく避けるという発想がいろんなところでされている。

　電気ケトルが売れ出すようになっても、しばらく国産品がでなかったのは、安全性をクリアするのにそれだけ時間をかけたという話も聞いたことがある。
