昨日はかなり混乱していて、なかなか眠ることさえできませんでした。
それでも、いつの間にか寝ていたようです、今日昼前に起きたときには、頭が重くて疲労感でいっぱいでした。きっと、寝ている間に無意識の自分が何かを整理してくれていたのでしょう。
昼過ぎになって、ふと思い立って、前からやろうと思っていたこの４年間を振り返り、私情を整理しました。
今これからどうするかについて、アイデアはいくつか出たけれど、実際にどうするかはまた考える必要あり。
