そういえば、２月頭に遡る話であるが、HB（ホームベーカリー）を使い始めた。

１年くらい前にJRに乗っていると、近くに乗り込んでいたおばさん組が話していたことが気になっていたのだけれど、かさばるし、ちょっとした値段だし、躊躇していたところ、ちょうど２月でオリコカードのポイントが失効するところで商品を選んでいたところ、HBがあったのでそれを選んだのである。

モノとしては実売８千円弱程度の、PY-D432を２月末に入手。以降、HBを試してみた。

・最初はいろいろ作ろうかと思っていたけれど、結局、食パンが楽ということが判明。
・材料費はスーパーで買い求めたとしても、そんなに高くつかないレベル。安く上がるというわけでもないけれど、保存料無しのものが焼けるのはいいかも。
・タイマーモードで夜セットして朝、焼きたてというのも可能だけれど、コネの音がうるさいので、あまり現実的でない。
・保存料を入れないので、すぐにカビが生えてしまうので、すぐ冷凍保存が肝心。

なかなか奥が深そうであり、まだ初心者レベル。
