時間の経過を忘れて、物事に没頭するという感覚を最近思い出してきた。とはいえ、実際のところは、時間に縛られている自分に気づいた時、それまで比較的短時間とはいえ集中していたこと同時に気づいただけということかもしれないけれど。
３週前から投薬のプログラムを変更するために、これまで１種類・１錠・１日１回だったものを２種類・３錠・１日２回（時間差があればそれぞれ別の時間になるので計３回）に変えているのだけれど、この定期的な服用を怠ると、ものの１時間もかからずに、みるみる気分が（頭のちょうしも）悪くなってくる。よっぽど調子の良い日は、数時間経過して初めて体調の変化に気づくものの、そんな日はあまりない。
そんな状態だから、薬を家に忘れて外出もしくは出張してしまったことに気づいた時には冷や汗。今までは、「薬に縛られた（依存した）生活」、と理解していたけれど、ついでに時間にも縛られていたようだ。
